On Sunday, we left the cabin around 6:30 am and started the four hour drive home back to Durham. Before we left, however, we got some pictures of our home away from home the past 5 days.
The dogs were amazing and we didn't have to stop once with them; they just slept quietly in the back. Every once in a while we would look back at them and see them in some hilarious pose. Some of our favorites include...
We also saw hot air balloons in the air. They were amazing back lit with the rising sun. The pictures do not do them justice, as it was difficult to get pictures of the amazing colors of the balloons as we had to fight the sunshine.
Before we knew it, we were home. It was a great quick getaway and we are already looking forward to going back.
